Kevin Matua

With experience working in a physical therapy clinic, shadowing therapists for two years, being a certified personal trainer for the past six years, and servicing over 10,000 training sessions. I can say with confidence that I will teach you everything necessary in order to achieve your physical and mental goals to live a happier and healthier life.

Kevin is a professional with a deep understanding of how the human body works. He patiently coaches me on proper posture while I exercise and teaches me the correct way to lift weights, do squats, lunges, push-ups, etc. to prevent injuries. Kevin does a good job mixing my workouts so I learn new techniques and my workouts remain fresh and interesting.
