Training Questions
The ideal personal training frequency varies from person to person. Deciding factors to our training frequency might include: if you are just getting started with exercise, need regular motivation to get to the gym, or have an injury that you're working through.
But once my clients demonstrate the ability to consistently get to the gym and progress their exercises as recommended, we can always lower the training frequency with me.
Although I miss seeing their faces, I’m always happy when clients reduce their need to see me because they've become more independent!
Every training session is 55 minutes.
As often as you need to! My main goal is to accompany my clients on their fitness journey. So constant communication is important!
Expect to FEEL the results sooner than you SEE them.
People who start a new program and are consistent in their exercise typically report improvements in sleep, mood, and energy within two to three weeks.
Changes in body composition often take longer to notice; the more consistent you are with your workouts and nutrition, the sooner the results will become noticeable!

Together we will review the foundation of healthy nutrition, and I will educate you on tracking your nutrition through food logs to create awareness and accountability.
I offer both one-on-one semi-private training. Semi-private being 2 clients max.

While gym memberships are very helpful in adding verity to your program, each program is based on what you have available.
Shop Questions
Although I wish I could accommodate all changes, I fulfill orders very quickly!
Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or me, to change it. Please ensure all your information is correct before submitting your order.
Only cancellations of orders and refunds are allowed. Contact me as soon as possible to guarantee your order can be cancelled before it ships.
I take pride in the shipping speed. 90% of all orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days! I do not ship orders over the weekends. Any orders placed on the weekends or the holidays will be shipped on the following business day.
If an item(s) is out of stock, this may cause a delay in processing and shipping your order. Rest assured that you will be notified via email or phone about any changes associated to your order.
Returns and exchanges on all orders are acceptable, as long as the item is in its original and sell-able condition. Exchanges are acceptable up to 30 days after purchasing the item. Only items in their original/new condition are accepted. Washed items and/or with animal hair are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns.
We are very serious about securing our store and shopping cart. Therefore, our store is PCI compliance as powered by Shopify.
